FBD Fitness is a personal-training studio in Jaipur, India (branches: Civil Lines, Malviya Nagar, Vaishali Nagar), run by Dhanraj Yadav. This policy explains what the FBD-Fitness app and the websites my.fbdworld.com, coach.fbdworld.com and hq.fbdworld.com collect, why, and how you can have it removed.

Who can use the app

The app is only for FBD members and FBD staff. There is no public sign-up: FBD creates your access when you join, and you sign in with your registered mobile number — a one-time code on WhatsApp the first time, then your own password. If you are not an FBD member, the app has nothing to show you and stores nothing about you.

What we collect

• Account details — name, e-mail, phone number, branch, membership dates and your coach. Given to us when you join FBD.
• Training data — your session schedule, attendance, workouts your coach logs (exercises, sets, weights), cardio you log, and messages between you and your coach or nutritionist.
• Health & body data — InBody / body-composition reports, blood-report photos, weight, body-fat, injuries or health conditions you choose to tell us about, meal photos and voice notes you send for diet feedback. You decide what to upload.
• Wearable data — only if you connect a device: WHOOP (recovery, sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, strain), Apple Health / Health Connect (steps, workouts, weight, body-fat). Read-only; we never write to your health apps. You can disconnect at any time.
• Location — coach app only: an approximate location check when a coach marks attendance at the gym. The member app does not use location.
• Technical data — sign-in times and basic error logs so the app keeps working.

Why we collect it

To run your training: show your schedule, let your coach plan and adjust sessions, give you and your nutritionist diet feedback, track your progress, and send you reminders and reports. Nothing is collected for advertising.

Who can see it

• You — your own data only.
• Your coach and the FBD nutritionist / physio — your training and health data, to coach you.
• FBD reception staff — your membership, schedule and contact details only (no health data, no chat).
• The founder — business-level oversight.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers, data brokers or any other third party.

Service providers we use

• Hosting — our own server in Mumbai, India (Hostinger). Data is stored in a private database reachable only through authenticated requests.
• AI features — the "FBD Coach" chat, meal-photo feedback, report reading and coach briefs are generated with OpenAI's API. Your name and contact details are not sent; the data sent is not used by OpenAI to train models.
• Wearables — WHOOP and Google/Apple health APIs, only when you connect them.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — for reminders and messages to the number you gave FBD.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — also carries the one-time sign-in code.

How long we keep it

While you are an FBD member and for up to 3 years after your membership ends, so your history is there if you return. Payment and invoice records are kept as required by Indian law. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time (below). The app shows you this retention period on its consent screen (consent version 2026-09-v2).

Your rights (DPDP Act, India)

You can see your data in the app, correct it through your coach or reception, withdraw consent for wearable or health-data features by disconnecting them, and ask us to delete your account and data. The app shows a consent screen on first open; you can decline health-data features and still use the app for your schedule.

Delete your account or data

Send a request from your registered e-mail or WhatsApp number to dhanraj@fbdfitness.com or message FBD reception on WhatsApp, or see my.fbdworld.com/delete-account. We confirm within 7 days and delete your account, photos, voice notes, messages and health data within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (payments, invoices) are kept for the legal period and then deleted.

Children

FBD memberships are for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated and members are told in the app.
